Couples Therapy Collective is responsible for the website, including routing enquiry forms to the right recipient. Each therapist is an independent practitioner and is responsible for their own clinical work, correspondence, records, and privacy information once they receive and respond to an enquiry.

## What we collect through forms

The therapist enquiry form asks for your name, email address, your partner's name and email address, the therapist you are contacting, and a short message. Please only provide your partner's details with their knowledge.

The media and non-therapy enquiry form asks for your name, email address, type of enquiry, organisation if relevant, and message.

The forms are not for emergencies or urgent risk.

## How we use your information

We use form information to route your enquiry, respond to you, make practical arrangements if work goes ahead, maintain the website, and protect the forms from misuse.

## Where form messages go

Form messages pass through the website and email delivery infrastructure (Resend) before reaching the intended recipient.
